Check All That Apply!
The responses I have provided to all questions on my application for admission (and any previously submitted amendments thereto) to Emory School of Law are fully accurate and complete. (NOTE: If you are in doubt as to what you disclosed on your application, ask the Assistant Dean of Admissions or the Registrar to allow you to inspect it before you complete this form.)
I request permission to amend my application (and any previously submitted amendments thereto), as stated below. Emory School of Law has made no representations to me as to what actions, if any, it may take as a result of this post-admission disclosure. I understand that some of the factors the Emory School of Law take into account in deciding what actions, if any, to take regarding post-admission disclosures are the date and seriousness of any offenses, post-occurrence behavior and the amount of time that elapses between one’s application and one’s request to amend. I understand that Georgia’s Office of Bar Admissions strongly encourages beginning law students to correct any inaccuracies on their applications now. Delay in amending may postpone or prevent fitness certifications, a prerequisite to taking the Georgia bar exam.
